My Approach
Your therapy sessions are designed to enable you to Connect, Create and Regenerate by using the creative process during your time in art therapy to make meaningful connections of your experiences through the creative process of art making.
Art therapy sessions utilize the creative process to help you achieve personal growth and emotional healing. By engaging in art-making, you can:
- Explore Life Experiences: Safely process past events and current challenges that led you to seek therapy.
- Make Meaningful Connections: Use visual expression to bridge the gap between your subconscious thoughts and conscious awareness.
- Regenerate and Heal: Tap into your creativity to build resilience and develop new perspectives on your life narrative.

Who I Work With

I work with adults who are experiencing a range of life’s challenges, whether it be trauma, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE), navigating chronic health issues, living with depression and anxiety, or experiencing something for the first time and unsure how to process their feelings and emotions. Using art therapy to provide safe, creative expression, reflective conversation and compassion.

Sessions are person-centred, trauma-informed, and flexible. I work at your pace, using the process of artmaking to build resilience, reduce distress, and reconnect with senses, memory, and meaning.
