About Sessions
My sessions are offered in person in Crossgates, Leeds or online, with flexible lengths and accessible options. Groups may be held elsewhere, in the surrounding areas. Sessions are usually the same day and time (to be discussed and arranged) and last for up to 1 hour every week.
Art therapy is usually a long-term therapy, how many sessions you may need will be discussed at your first meeting and will be periodically reviewed in planning for a timely and supportive ending to your sessions with me.
